About The Position
We're looking for a leader who drives accountability and is successful leading high performance teams. You'll own operations for our North Georgia multifamily portfolio — building an efficient team, hitting financial targets, managing operations, and making smart decisions that strengthens the portfolio’s market position.
Requirements
- Active Georgia Real Estate License; Brokers License preferred
- 3+ years of affordable (e.g., USDA RD Section 515, HUD Section 8, LITHC) and conventional multifamily property management experience
- 5+ years leading and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant law, leases, and security deposit processes
- BA degree preferred
- Property management software experience a plus (RealPage, Yardi, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Lead and hold accountable a team of property management professionals
- Oversee regular portfolio inspections and recommend capital improvements
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, vendors, and the community at large
- Oversee financial reporting, cost control, and operational quality standards
- Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, FCRA, and Georgia real estate regulations
