  • Leads a team of experienced MRT professionals and leaders.
  • Establishes long term objectives and guidelines for managing and monitoring productivity and performance for the MRT organization.
  • Oversees scheduling and sequencing of work, as well as driving production innovation to optimize production.
  • Owns the execution of long-term strategy (e.g., more than 3 years) and the operational direction.
  • Makes strategic decisions for the direction of the MRT program related to financial performance and production plans.
  • Facilitates resource management, analyzing workforce metrics to ensure optimal staffing levels and skill sets for operational needs.
  • Works with the RSCN Quality Manager and Chief Inspector to manage and ensure all quality related items for MRT are complete and documented.
  • Leads cost reduction efforts and process improvements to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
  • Oversees materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
  • Establishes performance objectives and leads department performance and productivity.
  • Leads process innovation for the department to enhance production capabilities.
  • Represents the organization as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
  • US Citizenship or US Person Status required due to government contracts.
  • Business or Engineering degree.
