They are responsible for overseeing and managing the production process in mitigation & reconstruction, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and meeting the required quality standards. They play a crucial role in coordinating the various stages of production, from planning and scheduling to monitoring the workforce and managing resources.
