Dover Precision Components is hiring an Operations Manager for our Waukesha Bearings brand. Waukesha Bearings is a leading designer and manufacturer of hydrodynamic fluid film bearings, active magnetic bearing systems and seals for high-performing turbomachinery and rotating equipment in oil & gas, power generation, marine, military, and industrial markets. Due to our government client, US Citizenship is required. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will provide leadership and ensure a safe and collaborative work environment, driving safety compliance, quality system adherence, productivity, and meeting customer requirements. The Operations Manager is also responsible to continuously improve processes through CI activities, lean initiatives, employee involvement, and communication. The Operations Manager must understand and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make necessary adjustments for success.
