The Operations Manager – Major Accounts will enable and support General Managers, National Account Managers, and Executive Account Managers to resolve complex issues related to finance, maintenance, and/or operations. The Operations Manager – Major Accounts will collaborate with corporate account leaders on a broad range of topics and needs across their customer portfolios. This role will partner with leaders and teams across the organization to address unique and complex customer needs that require face-to-face interaction with the customer as a Penske subject matter expert (SME) across one or various Penske and/or customer locations. The Operations Managers – Major Accounts will complete project-based work across Penske’s corporate account portfolio on short- to mid-term projects to address root cause issues, find systematic solutions that leverage Penske systems, and develops recommendations to quickly implement sustainment plans lead by existing corporate account support teams. This role is not required to be based in Green Hills but frequent travel to Green Hills to collaborate with department leaders across the company is required.
