About The Position

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Manager (In Training) to join our team in Needham, MA. In this role, you'll work closely with the current Operations Manager and Director as well as other leaders to learn the ins and outs of running a high-performing service operation. This position is designed for someone who is eager to grow into a key leadership role, gaining hands-on experience in financial management, team development, process improvement, and customer success.
