About The Position

Responsible for supervision and training of all employees engaged in warehouse and inventory activities to ensure compliance with production schedules and to enforce company policies, procedures and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of demonstrated senior level operations or related leadership experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills including strong presentation skills at all levels of the organization
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to develop effective and efficient processes for operational challenges
Must be a team builder, teacher, coach & motivator

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
