About The Position

The Operations Manager will lead and oversee day to day operations of our 676,198 square foot(SF) distribution center with 60+ employees on a Double shift operation. The Operations Manager is responsible to develop coach and mentor site supporting staff, establish processes and KPI's to manage the DC. Work collaboratively with all levels and functions of the organization and develop relationships with cross functional partners and other DC leaders. The Operations Manager will maintain and improve high levels of customer service and quality to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Ensure a safe work environment for all employees. Effectively manage inventory. This position reports to the DC Site Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering or related area.
• Minimum of 5-8 years experience managing a Distribution center of similar size.
• Light manufacturing / assembly experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects.
• Skilled with facility layout, warehouse flow, and pick sequencing.
• Demonstrated track record of assessing and developing talent.
• Ability to become a Systems super user, analyze and interpret data using Excel.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining and building direct customer relationships.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
