About the Role Uber Eats is seeking an Operations Specialist to build, execute, measure, and improve seasonal and gifting content strategies for our Retail categories. To be successful, this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strategic planning and prioritization, and robust project management skills to effectively handle multiple simultaneous demand-growth initiatives. You will partner cross-functionally with internal teams, ensuring the successful growth of our merchant partners. What You'll Do Build & Execute: Implement seasonal campaigns and customer strategies that enhance visibility and demand for Retail categories globally. You'll need to follow process management and configuration steps set up by the Engineering team to ensure accurate campaign setup. Your execution will directly drive seasonal growth and consumer engagement Analyze & Optimize: Measure and analyze campaign performance meticulously. You will be comfortable pulling data using existing SQL queries to generate actionable insights that drive impactful improvements and share key learnings Project Management: Monitor seasonal project plans and drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure on-time deployment across seasonal campaigns. You will also be responsible for calendar management for the retail calendar, ensuring all key dates are tracked and communicated effectively. You will be working across and coordinating with 20+ global markets
