We are seeking a new team member to lead the operations of our organization including, most essentially: human resources, employee culture, accounting, and organizational systems management. Additional work areas may be flexibly assigned depending on the individual’s areas of ability – such as supporting communications and fundraising tasks, directly managing an operational staff member, coordinating information technology management, or developing new organizational systems – with more abilities expected of a Director versus a Manager. The Operations Manager/Director works closely with senior leadership to strengthen the organization, develop and manage the organizational budget, support a vibrant team culture, and drive forward our mission and vision.
