What You Can Expect: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, providing ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and growth opportunities to foster a positive and engaged workforce Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, put-away, pick, pack, and ship functions to ensure smooth and efficient execution Monitor and manage key performance indicators across quality assurance, inventory control, space utilization, and floor productivity to drive consistent results Manage labor costs and operational expenses, implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction Ensure all orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on time, in accordance with contracted service levels and client expectations Develop, implement, and sustain standard operating procedures that support operational goals and meet contractual customer requirements Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices rooted in continuous improvement methodologies Identify operational errors and inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and sustain corrective actions to prevent recurrence Leverage WMS and operational data to monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions that improve throughput and accuracy Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and budgetary thresholds Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by establishing, enforcing, and continuously improving health and safety standards Drive a culture of accountability and performance by setting clear expectations, recognizing achievements, and addressing gaps constructively Champion our organizational values and culture in every aspect of daily operations, always leading by example What You Bring: 5+ years of operational experience in a 3PL or contract logistics environment, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience highly preferred Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, with working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Experience with Blue Yonder WMS is considered a strong asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative, think critically, and implement innovative solutions Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with firm deadlines and shifting demands Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy across all operational functions Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and all levels of management Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment with a people-first mindset Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision while consistently delivering results Flexible and responsive to ad hoc requests and off-hours operational needs as required Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs dictate Committed to upholding company policies, processes, and standards Welcome to Rhenus, where our journey of growth connects with yours.
