This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of monetized marketing processes and contributing to the agency's strategic growth. The Operations Manager will oversee operational functions, manage client relations, and drive team performance to align with the agency's long-term goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, particularly in influencer marketing or luxury brand marketing.
  • Expertise in campaign analytics, ROI analysis, and influencer performance measurement.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, CRM platforms, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising tools.

  • Familiarity with emerging trends in influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational flow of the agency, ensuring coordination between teams and timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing workflow and improving team efficiency.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal operations and client processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication between stakeholders.
  • Supervise the onboarding process for new clients and maintain updated client files.
  • Continuously monitor client performance and adapt strategies to meet market trends.
  • Supervise and mentor internal teams, ensuring effective workload distribution.
  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes creativity and collaboration.
  • Organize ongoing training programs for team members on industry best practices.
  • Evaluate internal processes and implement tools to streamline operations.
  • Leverage project management software and analytics tools to monitor project timelines and effectiveness.
  • Oversee content delivery and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and manage client contracts.
  • Work with the finance team to allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and gather client feedback for improvement.
