About The Position
Enhance property value by providing engineering services and management. Operations Manager has a good understanding of base building, central plant operations, mechanical systems, electrical systems, construction practices, and preventive maintenance, including a working knowledge of electric, plumbing, etc. Assist Director, Ops with Capital Budget expenses, including obtaining price quotes and management of third-party contractors. Supervise all activities related to maintenance of staff, property, buildings, parking decks and common areas.
