As the Dallas, TX Operations Manager at Automated Logic, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects and leading operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of building management solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer expectations and align with the company's strategic goals. You will be tasked with managing day-to-day operations, providing direction to project managers and supervisors, and ensuring that the operations team is well-equipped to meet planned deliverables. This role requires a high level of multitasking and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be responsible for the operations plan achievement of ALC Dallas, which includes directing revenue forecasting activities and setting performance standards in alignment with assigned KPIs. A key aspect of your role will be to recruit and develop a skilled team, including Project Managers, Field Engineer Supervisors, and Field Engineers. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing coaching and training on project management techniques to help your team achieve their targets
