The Operations Manager and ADA Testing Coordinator supports the Director of Student Success and Academic Support by overseeing the operational functions of programs and services related to Student Success, including The Learning Connection and Accessibility Services. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient office administration, managing testing accommodations for students with disabilities, and providing exceptional customer service to students and faculty.

  • Oversee and coordinate operational functions to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Manage testing accommodations for students with disabilities, including scheduling and faculty notification.
  • Utilize technology to streamline office processes and efficiency.
  • Provide training and supervision for work-study students, managing their schedules and timesheets.
  • Assist the Director of Student Success with administrative tasks such as answering calls and scheduling events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and guests.
  • Coordinate logistics for ADA testing and note taker accommodations.
  • Serve as a reader or scribe for students needing accommodations.
  • Obtain ATI certification to oversee exams for the School of Nursing.
  • Maintain files and records efficiently, including budgets for ADA and Student Success programs.
  • Generate tasks, projects, and reports as directed by the Director of Student Success.
  • Collaborate with other offices to complete duties and tasks effectively.
  • Integrate core values of respect, compassion, integrity, justice, and service in all interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures regarding testing accommodations.
  • Demonstrated office and support skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel required; Access, PowerPoint, and/or Publisher preferred).
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be US work authorized.
  • Experience in Power Campus and Report Manager.
  • Aptitude for learning new software.
