The Operations Manager/Administrator at VCare Home Health Care Agency is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and services of the agency.   • Develop company and organizational goals.
  • Remain informed about home health regulations and management issues.
  • Develop employee excellence through recruitment, retention, training, motivation, and reward.
  • Participate in strategic, short-range, and long-range planning.
  • Manage and supervise the fiscal activities of the agency, including funding development and budget negotiations.
  • Coordinate special department activities, including in-services and workshops.
  • Monitor record and statistical reporting systems for proper documentation and evaluation.
  • Develop policies focused on patient care in collaboration with staff and owners/officers.
  • Oversee care delivery and patient outcomes to ensure care meets patients' needs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • 2 years of experience in a Home Health Care Agency (Preferred)
  • Spanish language proficiency (Preferred)
  • CPR Certification (Required)
