As the Operations Manager, you will oversee 2nd shift warehouse and remanufacturing operations. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including the Senior Leadership Team, to drive operational efficiency, quality, safety and productivity to ensure the achievement of our strategic objectives. You will act as the liaison between 1st and 2nd shift staff and leadership, ensuring goals are met and coordinating efforts across departments to align with overall business objectives.

  • Oversee the daily workflow and production/warehouse processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and optimize manufacturing operations
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Hire, train, and supervise employees, ensuring they meet company standards and performance goals.
  • Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including staff and materials to meet operational demands
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or corrective actions as required
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in processes and implement solutions to optimize workflow
  • Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing process improvements and best practices
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and safety throughout the organization
  • Identify and analyze areas for improvement in operational processes, systems, and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in a production and warehouse environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational issues effectively
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
