Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking an experienced Operations Manager I, Multi-Service to support an Oil and Gas client in Houston, TX. Requirements

  • experience managing and building teams
  • experience overseeing soft and hard services (i.e. custodial, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) as well as experience utilizing CMMS
  • financial acumen
  • ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services

Responsibilities

  • manage building maintenance functions to include but not limited to custodial/maintenance (HVAC) as well as managing work orders/CMMS
  • oversee and coordinate projects
  • build and maintain client and team member relationships
  • have budgetary oversight of some services
  • manage QA and Safety
