About The Position

Join us as an Operations Manager Trainee and embark on a dynamic learning journey. Through our structured, hands-on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering the skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction while leading the teams. With rotation through key operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, you will transition into a supervisory role after completing the eight-week training, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management. You'll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or associate's degree plus at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• One year of experience providing high-quality customer service.
