About The Position

Join Avis Budget Group as an Operations Manager Trainee and embark on a dynamic learning journey. Through a structured, hands-on program, you will immerse yourself in operations, mastering skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading teams. The program includes rotation through key operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service. After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management. You will receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within this Fortune 500 company. Requirements

  • Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level
  • Regular, on-site presence

  • One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred

Responsibilities
