About The Position

Join us as an Operations Manager Trainee and embark on a dynamic learning journey. Through our structured, hands-on program, you'll immerse yourself in operations, mastering the skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction while leading the teams. With rotation through key operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or associate's degree plus at least two years' supervisory experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude.
• Make independent decisions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level.
• One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete an eight-week training program.
• Transition into a supervisory role overseeing daily operations and sales functions.
• Ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management.
• Receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President.
