About The Position

Tree Top has an exciting opportunity for a paid Internship at our Woodburn plant in Woodburn, OR. The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college/university pursuing a Supply Chain and/or Operations Management, Engineering, or Business degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA. This full-time, paid Internship will begin in May/June 2026, with flexible start/end dates to meet school schedules. Interns will gain exposure to various aspects of the manufacturing facility, including quality, production, human resources, finance, and food safety. They will also have the opportunity to evaluate, update, and write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide recommendations on best practices and improvements based on production performance records and data.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college/university.
• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain and/or Operations Management, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong motivation to build a career in their field of study.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to manufacturing facility, quality, production, human resource, finance, and food safety aspects of the industry.
• Evaluate, update, and/or write standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes.
• Provide manufacturing information and recommendations on best practices and improvements.
• Create and revise systems, procedures, paperwork, and processes by analyzing operating practices.
• Spend time working in all areas of the plant, with at least 2-4 weeks focused within their educational discipline.
