About The Position

d-Matrix is seeking an experienced Operations professional to drive ERP implementation, business process definition and deployment in the areas of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Product Supply Planning, Logistics and Fulfillment operations to achieve world-class TTM, cost, quality and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 15+ years' hands-on experience in Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management in High-Tech industry (Semiconductor and Hardware) with a strong understanding of E2E supply chain functions including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, inventory, material planning, capacity planning, factory execution, forward logistics and return logistics.
• Prior experience driving ERP implementation in High Tech industry with direct knowledge of one or more prevalent tools such as Oracle, SAP or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Define the business architecture, establish business process and drive ERP implementation for the following overarching processes
• Procure-to-Pay
• Order-to-Cash
• Establish an E2E Material planning process covering ASIC vendor, HW ODM and relevant sub-tier suppliers aligned with the Procure-2-Pay business architecture.
• Implement Inventory Management and Tracking process to maintain real-time visibility of assets, open liabilities and E&O exposure across the supply chain and drive process rigor for monthly close.
• Participate in partner selection and drive setup of Fulfillment node(s) incorporating effective forward and reverse logistics processes and implementing WMS modules in selected ERP system.
• Define and deploy Standard Cost process aligned with negotiated commercial terms with all Mfg partners.
