  • Participate in a 6-12 month training program to prepare for a role as a plant Operations Supervisor.
  • Engage in various areas including Operations, Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership, Engineering/Maintenance, Accounting, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources/Talent Management.
  • Work in a fast-paced plant environment, contributing to the mission of nourishing the world.
  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an Associate's Degree with two years relevant work experience, or achieved E-4 rank (or higher) in a military background, or four years relevant experience.
  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures.
  • Willing and able to relocate to Ft. Morgan, CO.
  • Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually.
  • Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
  • Pursuing an agriculture or business-related degree including but not limited to Animal Science, Ag-Economics, Ag-Business, Ag-Education, Agronomy, Food Science, Feed Science, Meat Science, Operations Management, Ag-Systems Management, Ag-Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanized Systems Management, Industrial Distribution.
