About The Position

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in maintenance work.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
• Certifications in HVAC or electrical systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance on plumbing fixtures, including faucets, lavatories, and valves.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with TVs, telephones, electronic door locks, and safes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Policies and Procedures (P&P) for engineering practices.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct inventory control of materials and spare parts used in maintenance processes.
• Participate in fire drills and testing of safety systems.
• Supervise general projects related to hotel enhancement and maintenance.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions as required.
