The Operations Leadership Development Rotation Program (OLDP) at Medtronic is designed to cultivate new and emerging engineering leaders by providing them with a comprehensive leadership training experience. This full-time, two-year program involves rotating through various manufacturing operations, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience in multiple departments and develop the skills necessary to lead within Medtronic's Global Operations and Supply Chain. Participants will have access to senior leaders, mentorship opportunities, and industry certifications, ultimately transitioning to a full-time position within the company upon completion of the program.
