About The Position
The Operations Leadership Development Program at Siemens is a full-time, two-year initiative designed for new graduates to accelerate their careers within the Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. Participants will engage in four six-month rotations across various manufacturing facilities, gaining hands-on experience in diverse projects and processes while developing foundational skills in manufacturing operations.
