About The Position

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at BAE Systems is designed to accelerate the development and career of highly-motivated recent college graduates who aspire to achieve their leadership potential. This program includes challenging and rewarding rotational assignments, technical and leadership training, advanced education, leadership opportunities, exposure, and mentorship. Participants will gain experience through three, one-year rotations in Supplier Partnerships, Manufacturing, and Program & Strategy, providing a diverse set of experiences within operational areas and disciplines. The program also offers flexibility in rotational assignments and geographic locations, robust tuition assistance for a Master's Degree, and opportunities for personal growth through leadership development conferences and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities in academic and non-academic pursuits.
• Internship/Co-Op or project experience in a related field.
• Ability to relocate during the rotational program.
• Start a master's degree during the program with completion two years from the end of the program.
• Some rotations may require obtaining and maintaining a Department of Defense security clearance.
