Requirements

Associate degree or higher preferred
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Adaptability to different environments and personalities
Willingness to travel (50% of the time) and work flexible hours as needed
Interest in a long-term leadership career

Responsibilities

Support branch teams in improving daily operations
Conduct operational reviews and help solve real-time challenges
Coach and partner with Branch Operations Managers
Learn core processes including logistics, inventory, billing, and customer service
Manage branches as needs arise
Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Lean (JPS) teams to identify opportunities
Lead or support key operational improvement projects
Build relationships across the organization and gain broad business exposure
