ATI is seeking to hire a Production Supervisor to support our Specialty Rolled
Products business unit at our Washington, PA facility.

This position is responsible for leading a diverse, represented hourly workforce
in day-to-day operational activities in a manufacturing setting. The successful
candidate will be responsible for all aspects of safety, quality, and
productivity as well as problem solving during an operational shift. This
position has strong long term growth potential.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing supervisor role
• Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities & work schedule to consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively lead a diverse and represented hourly workforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software - Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. and ability to use and maintain related company systems

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment through observation and management
• Address any equipment breakdowns or failures with the correct maintenance or engineering functions to support operations
• Initiate investigations into disciplinary or safety related issues
