ATI is seeking to hire a Production Supervisor to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit at our Washington, PA facility. This position is responsible for leading a diverse, represented hourly workforce in day-to-day operational activities in a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of safety, quality, and productivity as well as problem solving during an operational shift. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing supervisor role
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities & work schedule to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively lead a diverse and represented hourly workforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software - Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. and ability to use and maintain related company systems

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe working environment through observation and management
  • Address any equipment breakdowns or failures with the correct maintenance or engineering functions to support operations
  • Initiate investigations into disciplinary or safety related issues
