The Operations Leader in Training (LIT) position provides a formalized process for accelerating a participant’s experience and operational skills required to be an effective Leader within Reyes Beer Division. The Leader in Training Program provides experience in all departments and functions that meet the developmental needs of the participant, as well as suits the needs of the business. Assignments are intended to be rotational in nature and include sponsored projects, functional assignments, systems exposure and development of key leadership relationships. Highlights include a dedicated Operations Leadership Development track to provide focused experience, with rotations in Warehouse, Delivery, and General Operations. Participants are provided a Sponsor, Mentor, and Direct Manager, and relocation to one of our national facilities is paid for by the company. The position includes a full compensation package including salary pay, a full array of healthcare benefits, and bonus program eligibility.
