Operations Lead
About The Position
Operations owns the systems that keep Judgment Labs running smoothly. You will manage recruiting pipelines, handle administrative and compliance workflows, and support founders in delivering great customer experience. Judgment Labs builds infrastructure for evaluating, monitoring, and improving long trajectory agents. Leading AI labs and fast growing companies use our platform to measure agent behavior, train reward models, and create reliable self improvement loops. Our work sits at the center of agent reliability and rapid iteration. We are a venture backed company based in San Francisco, working in person to move quickly and build the core systems that will shape the next generation of autonomous agents.
Requirements
- Strong operational instincts and high personal organization
- Experience in startup operations, chief of staff roles, or similar
- Ability to execute quickly and adapt to new challenges
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting pipelines and coordinate candidate communications
- Support payroll, legal, finance, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain vendor relationships and handle onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with customer success and ongoing account support
- Build and optimize internal processes
