About The Position

We are a growing luxury residential and vacation home cleaning company serving high-end properties throughout Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

As we expand, we are looking for an experienced operations leader to take ownership of training, quality control, and team supervision. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence and operational consistency.

The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, training team members, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring service standards are consistently met across all properties.

This is a leadership position with direct impact on team performance, customer satisfaction, and company growth.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in a similar supervisory or operations leadership role
• Strong background in vacation rentals, luxury residential cleaning, or high-end property services
• Experience training and managing teams
• Proven ability to lead staff and hold them accountable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Must be local to the Scottsdale / Phoenix area

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the cleaning & field team in daily operations
• Train, onboard, and develop new team members
• Conduct detailed property inspections to ensure high-quality standards
• Provide coaching and performance feedback
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and service expectations
• Monitor workflow and assist with scheduling coordination as needed
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Report performance metrics and operational updates to ownership
