The Operations Lead is a critical member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving and coaching for profitability and efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate tasks, and provide feedback to the team to achieve optimal results across all store operations. The position is full-time, requiring 32-40 hours per week, with an expectation of open availability for variable shifts, including peak days and weekends. All employees are required to work during the company’s Blackout period, which spans from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the first week of January).
