About The Position

The Operations Lead plays a vital role in the store leadership team, focusing on driving profitability and efficiency. This position involves collaborating with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure optimal results in total store operations. The Operations Lead is responsible for managing inventory processes, executing key operational functions, and maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm, integrating fun into work.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Alignment with Alo's guiding principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor recovery.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support a safe work environment through effective stockroom standards and processes.
• Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies and demonstrate strong business acumen.
• Inspire and lead Operations Associates, overseeing recruitment and development.
• Provide constant feedback to Operations Associates to drive individual growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead to ensure effective execution of business operations.
