Summary: The Operations Intern will lead a key project focused on analyzing operational workflows, conducting KPI time studies, and supporting the alignment of performance dashboards across functional teams.

• Assisting with data collection, analysis, and process evaluations
• Supporting cross-functional collaboration and problem‑solving
• Participating in operational meetings and project discussions
• Helping identify opportunities for process improvements
• Providing general administrative and reporting support to operational leaders
