About The Position
As an Operations Intern, you'll rotate through key hotel departments to gain hands-on experience and build a well-rounded foundation in hospitality operations. Departments may include Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreations, and Guest Services & Concierge. You’ll work alongside department leaders, assist with daily tasks, observe management meetings, and contribute to guest satisfaction initiatives — all while enjoying one of the most unique resort settings on the East Coast!
