Requirements
- A student or recent graduate in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Excited to learn, ask questions, and roll up your sleeves.
- Great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the magic happens.
Responsibilities
- Jump into daily restaurant operations—supporting service, organization, and guest experience.
- Rotate through front-of-house and back-of-house departments to understand how every detail connects.
- Partner with seasoned managers, chefs, and supervisors to learn the business from every angle.
- Take part in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and team huddles that bring hospitality to life.
- Contribute to special projects that improve operations, culture, and guest engagement.
