About The Position

The Operations Intern will support business initiatives through research, internal event coordination, and day-to-day office operations. They will have hands-on exposure to vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional operations. They will report to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of initiatives
  • Ability to support event planning, vendor coordination, and procurement activities
  • Interest in and exposure to business operations and/or human resources functions
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality, Event Management, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in Republican political campaigns and elections

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or campus leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Research vendors, compare pricing, and support cost analysis
  • Help plan and execute internal company events including work on timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations: supplies, facilities coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Track event and operational budgets and identify cost efficiencies
  • Partner with People Ops and cross-functional teams on administrative and engagement initiatives
