About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Intern to join our Operations team from May 26th through July 31st, 2026. As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist in optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting day-to-day functions within the company. This internship offers exposure to a wide range of operational tasks, from supply chain management to project coordination and process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a hands-on team contributor.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments/teams located around the world.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with operations management tools or software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and improving existing operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support the team in coordinating and monitoring the flow of goods, services, and information across various departments.
• Help manage inventory and track operational metrics to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on operational performance, including KPIs and other relevant data.
• Conduct research to identify best practices, trends, and tools that could improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
• Assist in managing operational projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
