About The Position

As part of the Trace3xperience Program, the Operations Intern Tracer (Intern) will support the Operations team in various aspects of the business, including, but not limited to: Contracts Compliance, Quality Management, Operations execution, and reporting and analysis. Tracers in this program will receive accelerated professional development, exposure to all technical functions of an IT consulting organization, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunities across the organization.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in the Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate program, at an accredited college or university
  • Candidates should be pursuing a field of study applicable to the Operations Internship
  • Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better; People and Organizational Health may require a copy of the applicant’s transcript
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments
  • Self-motivated individuals with a customer mindset and desire to help people
  • Enthusiasm for technical problem solving with attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn and research in a dynamic and engaging environment
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship
  • Proficient in basic computer/laptop use, including advanced operations

Nice To Haves

  • Academic or professional/internship experience working in a professional setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Learn about Government Contract Execution and Management.
  • Support the execution of orders and reporting on contracts by completing regular data reporting.
  • Learn about Quality Management Systems and the procedures required to support it.
  • Support the ISO 9001:2015 Audit preparation and execution. Includes documentation updates, metrics reporting, preparing auditees, and day-of logistics, etc.
  • Learn and support operational data collection and analysis: Financial, operational, pipeline, quality, etc.
  • Learn ERP system tools and build reports for effective data capture and analysis.
  • Learn how to build relationships with internal teams, sales, and program managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
