Operations Intern We are looking for a motivated and solutions-oriented intern to join our Operations and Project Management team. This role will work with teams across the Custom Risk Solutions division and support administrative and process improvement initiatives that enhance business operations and strategic outcomes. The candidate will assist with multiple aspects in project management such as preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholder updates, participating in strategic project meetings, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the division and HSB to ensure a timely execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or related field
  • Has a base knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience with the full Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to support multiple projects with competing deadlines and shifting priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Event planning experience, preferred
