HUB International is seeking to add a part-time Operations Intern in the Cincinnati office! This internship will provide experience supporting a number of teams within the Employee Benefits department and contributing to the day-to-day activities of the organization. This is primarily a support role that will report to the Director of Admin Operations.

Performing clerical duties including printing, collating and assembling client materials.
Creating open enrollment and new hire materials/packets at request of client specialists and account managers.
Maintaining inventory in copy center.
Conducting research projects.
Creating presentations.
Assisting with client gifting program to include tracking events, items given and inventory.
Preparing and delivering client gifts as directed.
Dialing in to education sessions, recording attendance, and collecting follow up information.
Collecting materials from vendors and uploading to SharePoint.
Assisting with in-house carrier education meeting prep including room set-up, printing and assembling meeting materials, technology needs, and picking up food on occasion.
Greeting carrier guests and directing them to meeting room.
Providing backup for front desk as needed and maintaining lobby area responsibilities.
Maintaining kitchen and pantry items such as coffee machines & dishwashers.
Processing mail and packages.
Managing office supply inventory.
Supporting events with room setups, catering, printed materials, etc.
Performing other projects and tasks as necessary.

Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Some college (no degree).

Strong interpersonal skills.
Coachable.
Self-disciplined.
Ability to take constructive criticism well.
Strong work ethic.
Versatile.
