As a Manufacturing Intern, you will assist Supervisors on implementing continuous improvement initiatives, focus on manufacturing related projects, work with operations to learn the core process of making a book, participate in troubleshooting and problem solving, maintain consistent application of all policies and procedures, monitor production to ensure that quality and productivity standards are maintained, and report out on project results.
