About The Position

You will be the Operations (Industrial) Engineering Asc Manager for the Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering innovative industrial engineering solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency and capacity. What You Will Be Doing As the Operations (Industrial) Engineering Asc Manager you will be responsible for leading site capital initiatives, capacity planning, and special projects that drive operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and manage site capital projects and capacity planning. Oversee special projects including facility expansion and factory layout design. Develop and analyze MES performance metrics and packaging/handling improvements. Drive performance management initiatives, identify OFIs, and support Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and design of experiments. Requirements

  • Experience in an industrial setting with manufacturing and manufacturing systems.
  • Working knowledge of MES/MRP systems such as SAP.
  • Database architecture and management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • LEAN Six-Sigma certification or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen (US Citizenship required due to clearance or due to facility requirements/special access).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • LEAN Six-Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience generating/implementing process improvements
  • Experience with discrete event simulation tools.
  • Database architecture and management experience.
  • Python programming knowledge is a plus
