About The Position

Under direct supervision, performs any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of operations workmethods and procedures that may be complex and time bound. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative / data entry support for Operations while supporting the HR Department.
  • Analyze and interpret numerical data and perform basic math functions.
  • Provides administrative support including verbal/written communication, all required paperwork and system data entry.
  • Complete all duties accurately and timely.
  • Greet all visitors with a friendly, high energy, professional demeanor, while ensuring proper protocols are achieved.
  • Accept mail and deliveries and route to the appropriate recipient.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Arrange travel, reservations, and new hire/safety orientation, as needed.
  • Special projects, as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
