The Operations Field Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational tasks, as well as management of the field and site supervisor teams. This position is responsible for accomplishing the myriad operational field tasks, such as training security officers, conducting quality checks, interfacing with clients for new and ending sites, fixing issues that arise such as lost keys, and providing reinforcement to incidents. The role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and good leadership qualities to manage a large group of supervisors and guards in a highly dynamic schedule. This is a licensed armed private security officer position and requires a good driving record to be able to drive APS company vehicles.
