The Operations Expert is responsible for providing technical direction, guidance and resources to claims, customer service, or membership associates on a day-to-day basis. This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The position will have on-site training Monday - Friday for the first 16 weeks, with a required attendance of 100% during this period. The work shift involves an 8-hour shift on a scheduled rotating basis from 7am to 11pm EST.
