Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies: (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Applications
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
Experience in change management and project management
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Lean programs to achieve measurable performance gains.
Identify and prioritize key opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and streamline processes across the Operations Value Chain.
Develop, implement, and monitor project management frameworks for operational improvement initiatives.
Facilitate and support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts across all levels of the organization.
Design and deliver training programs to build organizational capabilities in Lean and World Class Operations principles.
Coach employees and leaders to promote a Continuous Improvement mindset and drive cultural change.
Analyze operational data (e.g., OEE, downtime, Pareto analysis) to identify trends and define improvement priorities.
Maintain accurate and current process documentation, including SOPs, guidelines, and best practices.
Partner with leadership to align improvement initiatives with strategic business goals.
Build business intelligence reporting with analytics teams, aligning to strategic objectives.
Serve as a role model for continuous improvement, leveraging innovation including AI/ML.
Influence and facilitate change without formal authority.
Lead change initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
Develop and execute change management plans (communication, training, stakeholder engagement).
Partner with leadership to assess impacts, mitigate resistance, and foster adaptability.
