Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies: (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in change management and project management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Lean programs to achieve measurable performance gains.
  • Identify and prioritize key opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and streamline processes across the Operations Value Chain.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor project management frameworks for operational improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate and support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs to build organizational capabilities in Lean and World Class Operations principles.
  • Coach employees and leaders to promote a Continuous Improvement mindset and drive cultural change.
  • Analyze operational data (e.g., OEE, downtime, Pareto analysis) to identify trends and define improvement priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and current process documentation, including SOPs, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to align improvement initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Build business intelligence reporting with analytics teams, aligning to strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a role model for continuous improvement, leveraging innovation including AI/ML.
  • Influence and facilitate change without formal authority.
  • Lead change initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Develop and execute change management plans (communication, training, stakeholder engagement).
  • Partner with leadership to assess impacts, mitigate resistance, and foster adaptability.
