About The Position

Operations Excellence Internship Location: Onsite – Houston, TX Start Date: Mid-May to Early June Duration: 10–12 Weeks Compensation: Paid, Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Kickstart Your Career with Bray’s Operations Excellence Internship Are you an Industrial or Supply Chain Engineering sophomore or junior ready to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world challenges? What You'll Do: You will collaborate across departments, getting hands-on experience in areas like production planning, inventory management, supplier quality, and process improvement. You’ll own 1–2 projects that solve real operational challenges or enhance our supply chain systems. Examples of projects include: Analyzing and optimizing production workflows to improve throughput and reduce waste Developing data-driven forecasting models to support inventory management Investigating supplier quality issues and proposing corrective actions Supporting logistics and distribution efficiency improvements Participating in cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes Who You Are: A sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred, showing strong academic performance Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills A proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams Curious and driven — ready to take initiative and dive into new challenges Previous internship or related experience is a plus Leadership experience in student organizations, projects, or extracurriculars is valued Bring Your Skills & Personality to Life at Bray We’re not just looking for technical ability — we want team players who bring energy, curiosity, and a can-do attitude to every task. Requirements
